Kristina and The Wynners Club made it easy for me to obtain certification as a minority, woman business owner. They held my hand and took it as slow as I needed to go to ensure not only that I had what was needed for the application, but gave me examples to use as guides if I didn't have the items. More than that, they were available any time I needed them. Never did I have to wait too long for a response to a question (and I had a lot of them). They were patient and that was also greatly appreciated.
